Prefabrication

Polygood® is a highly versatile and workable material. While your project fabricators can work the panels in a similar fashion as wood, MDF, or traditional solid surfaces, we also offer in-house prefabrication services that conform our large-format panels to certain design requirements.

We can cut Polygood® panels into a variety of simple shapes and figures for elements such as tabletops, seating, and more.

Bullnose, half-bullnose, ogee, chamfer, bevelled and eased edging are among the many options available.

Our CNC (computer numerical control) equipment uses computer programming to accurately cut, mill, or engrave patterns or intricate designs onto Polygood® panels.

Parts of the panels are removed to create a pattern that bends without thermoforming. The result is a lightweight panel for decorative room partitions, walls, backlit panels, false ceilings, wall decor, and endless creative possibilities.
