Fabrication capabilities

Polygood® is fabricated with standard woodworking and plastics tooling, giving design teams and fabricators broad freedom to detail, form, and finish the material to a project’s requirements.

Cutting & machining

Cut, drill, and rout with conventional tooling. Profile into geometric or organic shapes, and machine inlays, tongue-and-groove joints, and bespoke components.

Thermoforming

Polygood® becomes pliable when heated, allowing it to be formed into curves, contours, bends, and seamless rounded edges for furniture and curved fixtures.

Surface texturing

Engrave grooves, reliefs, and three-dimensional surface patterns — linear, geometric, or freeform — for tactile, light-catching detail.

Kerfing

A series of CNC-cut grooves on the reverse face allows panels to flex into curves and contours without heat, forming columns, curved cladding, and rounded fixtures from a single continuous sheet.

Tinting (Translucent Collection)

Translucent Collection panels can be tinted across a full colour range for backlit applications and luminous, expressive surfaces.

Joinery & assembly

Assemble with counterbore drilling or pocket joinery, adhesive or mechanical fixing — suited to both visible and concealed connections.

Edge profiles

Finish with bullnose, bevel, ogee, or angled edges for refined detailing, clean joins, and feature trims.
