Objective

Polygood® panels are large enough for big pieces of furniture, including this long, modern lunchroom table for employees taking lunch and coffee breaks at Abfallwirtschaftsbetriebe Münster.

Approach

Our German design partner Urselmann Interior selected our Emerald Ghost pattern for the oval, banquet-like table, running several metres long to accommodate many and create a social space.

Impact

We like that Urselmann Interior is a circular interior design company that partners with us to design and build elements with a Cradle to Cradle mindset of sustainable interiors and modern aesthetics.

It is equally fitting that they applied principles of functionality, design, and the use of recycled materials to Abfallwirtschaftsbetriebe, a forward-thinking municipal waste disposal company that handles electronic device collection and recycling centres.

The company strives for a waste-free Münster by 2030, advancing a circular city through “sharing, reusing, repairing, refurbishing, and recycling existing materials and products for as long as possible, extending the life cycle of products and valuing recyclables.”
