Objective
Humanscale, a global leader in ergonomic furniture and workplace innovation, set out to create a compact, height-adjustable side table that embodies both design excellence and material responsibility. The goal: integrate recycled content without compromising on performance or aesthetics.
Approach
The new Float Micro table features a surface made from Polygood® in the Oyster pattern, a soft white and beige blend from the Growth collection, produced using discarded refrigerators. Polygood® was chosen for its refined appearance, circular credentials, and durability in high-use environments. The table was showcased at Fulton Market Design Days during NeoCon 2025.
